    Aircall integration for Rig

The easiest way to connect Aircall to Claude and other AI tools

Aircall is a cloud phone system that sales and support teams use to make and take calls, with tags and comments added to each call.

    What Rig syncs from Aircall

Once connected, Rig models these objects so questions resolve to the right tables and joins:

    • Calls
    • Call tags
    • Call comments
    • Users
    • Teams
    • Numbers
    • Contacts
    • Tags

    How Aircall connects to Rig

Rig Ingest syncs your Aircall calls, users, teams, numbers and contacts into your warehouse on a schedule, using an API ID and API key from the Aircall dashboard. Calls started in the last 7 days are re-read each run, so late tags and comments are picked up.

Track call volume and handling by agent and team

Call volume is the number of calls your numbers handle in a period, split by who took them. Rig reads each call with its user, number and team, so you can compare agents and teams over time without exporting Aircall reports.

    Ask Rig
    • How many calls did each team handle last week?
    • Which agents took the most calls this month?
    • Show call volume by number and day for the last 30 days

Analyse calls by tag and comment

Call tags and comments are the labels and notes agents add after a call. Rig lands them as child tables of each call, so you can count outcomes by tag and read the comments that sit behind a trend.

    Ask Rig
    • What are the most common tags on calls this quarter?
    • Show calls tagged with a given tag, grouped by team
    • Which calls have comments, and what do they say?

Join phone activity to the rest of your customer data

Aircall contacts carry phone numbers and email addresses, which are the keys that link a caller to a CRM or billing record. Rig syncs them next to your other sources, so a question can span a call and the account behind it.

    Ask Rig
    • Which contacts have called more than three times this month?
    • List calls from contacts that match a customer in the warehouse
    • How many calls did each contact make before and after a given date?

Ask your Aircall data in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Rig serves your Aircall data to AI assistants over MCP. Once Aircall is synced into your warehouse, you can ask questions in plain English from the tool you already use, and every answer is backed by validated, governed SQL.

    Frequently asked questions

What Aircall data does Rig sync?
Calls with their tags, comments and teams, plus users, teams, numbers, contacts and tags.
How far back does Aircall data go?
Aircall keeps six months of call history, so older calls are not available to Rig.
Will Rig use up my Aircall API limit?
Aircall allows 60 requests a minute for the whole company. Rig stays at 50 a minute, which leaves about 10 a minute for your other integrations. If they make heavy use of the API, they can still be throttled while Rig syncs.
Can I query Aircall in Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Once Aircall is synced to your warehouse, Rig serves it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools over MCP.
