    Nooks integration for Rig

The easiest way to connect Nooks to Claude and other AI tools

Nooks is an AI dialer that sales teams use to call prospects, record the calls and log what happened.

    What Rig syncs from Nooks

Once connected, Rig models these objects so questions resolve to the right tables and joins:

    • Calls
    • Participants
    • Call direction
    • Dispositions
    • Start and end times
    • Full transcripts
    • Rep and prospect split

    How Nooks connects to Rig

Nooks has no export API, so it drops one ZIP per call into an S3 bucket you own. Rig Ingest reads the new archives from that bucket into your warehouse on a schedule, one row per call.

Read the step-by-step Nooks setup guide

Measure outbound call outcomes by disposition

A disposition is the outcome a rep logs after a dialer call, such as connected or no answer. Rig reads the disposition and direction on every call, so you can see outcomes by rep, by day and by team without exporting dialer reports.

    Ask Rig
    • How many calls ended in each disposition this week?
    • Which reps have the highest share of connected calls?
    • Show call volume by day for the last month

Search call transcripts for what prospects say

Each call lands with its full transcript, split into rep and prospect turns. Rig lets you ask questions across those transcripts, so objections and recurring phrases can be found without listening to recordings.

    Ask Rig
    • What objections come up most in connected calls this month?
    • Which calls mention a competitor by name?
    • Show the transcripts of calls longer than five minutes that ended in a meeting

Compare rep activity and talk patterns

Rig separates the rep from the prospect using your company email domain, so every call is tied to the person who made it. You can compare call counts and durations by rep, and read the transcripts behind the numbers.

    Ask Rig
    • How many calls did each rep make last week and how long were they?
    • Which reps have the longest average call duration?
    • List calls where the prospect was on the line for under a minute

Ask your Nooks data in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Rig serves your Nooks data to AI assistants over MCP. Once Nooks is synced into your warehouse, you can ask questions in plain English from the tool you already use, and every answer is backed by validated, governed SQL.

    Frequently asked questions

What Nooks data does Rig sync?
One row per dialer call, with participants, direction, disposition, start and end time and the full transcript. Recordings are not synced.
Why does Nooks connect through S3?
Nooks has no export API. It writes call archives into a bucket you own, and Rig reads them from there.
How does Rig tell the rep from the prospect?
By email domain. Participants on the company domain you enter when you connect are the rep side, and everyone else is a prospect.
Can I query Nooks calls in Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Once calls are in your warehouse, Rig serves them to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other AI tools over MCP.
