Connect Airspeed to Rig
Sync your Airspeed sales calls into Rig, with transcripts, AI summaries and deal insights such as MEDDIC and BANT signals, risks and competitor mentions. Airspeed was formerly called Glyphic, and it connects with one API key.
Before you start
- You need to be able to create API keys in your Airspeed settings.
- The key can read every non-private call in your organisation, so decide who should hold it.
Step 1: Create an Airspeed API key
- Sign in to Airspeed and open API settings.
- Create an API key.
- Copy the key somewhere safe.
Step 2: Connect it in Rig
Adding a source needs a workspace owner, or a role with the Manage connections permission, on a workspace where you manage your own connections. If the Connectors tab says “Data ingestion for this workspace is managed by Rig”, ask an owner or Rig support to add the source.
- In Rig, open
Connections, choose theConnectorstab and go toSources & actions. - Search for Airspeed (formerly Glyphic), open the card and click
Connect. - API key: paste the key you created.
- API base URL (optional): leave it blank. Airspeed still serves its API on the Glyphic host, and Rig uses that address by default.
- Click
Continue. Rig checks the credentials and lists the streams it can reach, so choose the ones you want and clickConnect. - The source then syncs on its schedule, which is nightly unless you change it. To load data straight away, click
Syncon its row;Testpulls a small sample first if you want to check the connection.
What Rig pulls in
Airspeed lands in its own airspeed schema in your warehouse:
- Calls: one row per call with title, participants, companies, tags, duration and status.
- Call details: the same calls with the transcript, AI summary, insights, media link and CRM deal ID.
- Call tags: your tag catalogue.
- Playbooks: your playbook catalogue.
Call details needs one extra request per call. If you only want call metadata, leave that stream out when you pick streams.
Good to know
- Airspeed keeps calls marked private out of the API, so those calls never reach your warehouse.
- Airspeed returns calls newest first. The first sync reads your whole history in one pass and later syncs read only calls newer than the last one.
- Airspeed retired its agent runs endpoint, so Rig no longer syncs it. Tables loaded from it earlier stay in the warehouse but are not refreshed.
- To disconnect Airspeed, click the bin icon on the source's row under
Sources & actions. Only whoever connected the source or a workspace owner can do this, and data already synced stays in the warehouse.
