# Workable integration for Rig

## The easiest way to connect Workable to Claude and other AI tools

Workable is an applicant tracking system used to post jobs, source candidates and move them through a hiring pipeline.

## What Rig syncs from Workable

Once connected, Rig models these objects so questions resolve to the right tables and joins:

- Candidates
- Jobs
- Candidate activities
- Members
- Recruiters
- Pipeline stages
- Custom attributes
- Disqualification reasons

## How Workable connects to Rig

Rig Ingest syncs Workable into your warehouse on a schedule, using your subdomain and an API access token with the jobs and candidates read scopes.

## Measure the hiring pipeline

Pipeline conversion is the share of candidates who move from one stage to the next. Rig reads candidates, jobs and stages, so conversion and drop-off are queries per job and per period.

Ask Rig

- How many candidates are in each stage per job?
- Where do most candidates drop out of the pipeline?
- Which jobs have been open the longest?

## Understand why candidates are rejected

A disqualification reason records why a candidate left the process. Rig syncs the reasons beside candidates, so rejection patterns show up by job and by recruiter.

Ask Rig

- What are the most common disqualification reasons?
- Which jobs reject the most candidates at screening?
- How do rejection reasons differ by recruiter?

## Review recruiter activity

Candidate activities are the log of what happened to each candidate, such as stage moves and notes. With members and recruiters alongside, you can see how work is spread across the team.

Ask Rig

- How many candidate activities did each recruiter log this month?
- How long do candidates wait between activities?
- Which members touch the most candidates?

## Ask your Workable data in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Rig serves your Workable data to AI assistants over MCP. Once Workable is synced into your warehouse, you can ask questions in plain English from the tool you already use, and every answer is backed by validated, governed SQL.

## Frequently asked questions

What does Rig sync from Workable?

Candidates, jobs, candidate activities, members, recruiters, pipeline stages, custom attributes and disqualification reasons.

What do I need to connect Workable?

Your Workable subdomain and an API access token with the r\_jobs and r\_candidates scopes.

What happens if a scope is missing?

Workable answers with a 403 for that endpoint and the sync fails, so tick both scopes when you create the token.

Does it sync incrementally?

Candidates and jobs sync incrementally after the first load, and the reference tables are small enough to read in full.
