Conversations with their messages and message parts, users, agents, groups, channels and roles. Is this the same as Freshdesk? No. Freshchat has its own API and token. Connect Freshdesk separately if you also use it for tickets. How long does the first sync take? On a busy account it can take several nightly runs, because Freshchat has no list of conversations and Rig reaches them through each user. It resumes where it stopped. Can I query Freshchat data in Claude or ChatGPT? Yes.
