Rig syncs meeting metadata with full transcripts, the default AI summary and action items, plus teams and team members, incrementally as new meetings are recorded. ## Analyse what is said across every call Individually, a call summary helps one person. In aggregate, transcripts answer questions no single call can: which objections recur, which competitors keep coming up, and how that changes over time.
