New connections sync monthly, because Circle counts API calls against a monthly quota. Rig reads members with their last-seen time and profile fields, so you can see growth and who is still active. Rig reads spaces, posts and comments across the community, so you can see which spaces draw conversation and which stay quiet. Members with last-seen and profile fields, member tags, spaces, posts, comments, events and event RSVPs. The link between members and tags is off by default. Which Circle plan do I need? The Admin API needs the Business plan or above. Without it, Circle refuses every call and the connection fails. How often does Circle data refresh? New connections sync monthly, on the 1st, because Circle meters API calls per month. Business allows 5,000 calls a month, so check your plan before syncing more often. Does Rig record event check-ins?
